1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • We accept refund requests for products within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be either misprinted, damaged or defective.
  • The product must also be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.  
  • We do not accept refunds or returns for items for items that are not the correct size or products shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.  

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@iloveseaglass.com. Provide the order number, product details, and a brief explanation for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions and return address,

3. Refund Evaluation:

  • Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.
  • We will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request within 7 days after receiving the returned product.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable amount of time.

4. Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges for returned products.   

5. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven't received your refund within a reasonable amount of time, please check your bank account or credit card statement first.
  • If the refund is not reflected, contact your financial institution or credit card company for further assistance.
